Why is vanilla cake recipe is my favorite? Vanilla cake is perfect for those cake lovers, who love a good cake. But also with this cake recipe, the cake is so moist! It’s so moist and doesn’t dry up when you are frosting your cakes.(or cupcakes!) Not only do i only favorite The All Time Vanilla Cake Recipe, but i also love chocolate cake!

Why I Love Cupcakes And Cakes.

Cupcakes, you can’t go wrong with cupcakes. Also cupcakes can be made to be fancy or casual, so they can be used for any event from Valentines day to Christmas! Cupcakes are also really simple to make.

Cake can also be used for a lot of events. The best part about making a cake for an event, is it’s fully customizable! You can make a cake for anything from birthday party to a graduation! The possibilities are kind of endless!

This is the Best Vanilla Cake Recipe, it is so moist and delicious! This Vanilla Cake takes less than an hour to make and Frost!!

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla.

Instructions

Start by preheating the oven to 350ºF. Then prepare your cupcake tray or cake pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the

In a separate bowl, beat butter, sugar, and oil until fluffy. Then beat the eggs in one at a time, then the vanilla and mix until combined.

Fold the flour mixture and milk into the butter mixture with a spatula, adding the flour mixture in three parts and the milk in two parts. Mix until combined.

Pour the batter into your cupcake tray or cake pan and bake in your preheated oven for 35 minutes (20 minutes for cupcakes) or until your knife or toothpick comes out clean. Let cool then it is time to frost.

Why Paleo

Paleo is also a good way to open another door to baking. If you are a baker and bake food other than paleo, then you bake something paleo. It is like another world! Paleo lets you experiment with so many new ingredients that I did not even know about! So trying something as basic as cupcakes, could open another world for you!

These paleo cupcakes are really easy to make. I think some people don’t try paleo because they think it might be hard! But the only thing that separates paleo and non-paleo are the ingredients. Coconut or almond flour, instead of whole grain flour. This recipe is just like making regular gluten-filled cupcakes.

Delicious Paleo Vanilla Cupcakes that tase like regular cupcakes!! These cupcakes are perfect for anyone who is starting the Paleo diet!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour (**blended then sifted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (melted)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Start by preheating the oven to 350ºF. Line your cupcake tray with paper cupcake liners or reusable silicone cupcake liners.

In a large bowl whisk the almond flour, baking soda, and salt together. In a separate medium bowl whisk together the coconut oil, eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla until combined.

Once combined, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until combined. Once combined pour the batter into your tray and place into the oven to bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes test your cupcakes with a toothpick, if the toothpick does not come out clean, bake for 5 more minutes and test again. After your cupcakes are done, let them cool for 5 minutes then frost.

Notes

**I blended and sifted the almond flour so the cupcakes wouldn't have a grainy texture, but you can also use fine almond flour.

Why Paleo Fudge Chocolate Frosting.

Have you ever made paleo cupcakes or anything paleo and realized you I need frosting to go with what you made? Well, I did! It was very hard to find a paleo frosting recipe. So I decided to make my own paleo frosting, Paleo Fudge Chocolate Frosting!

Why Fudge?

Normally when making frosting you use some sort of sugar, like cane sugar, confectioners sugar, or other types of sugars. In this fudge frosting recipe it is mainly based off of Chocolate Chips. Which makes this frosting a nice fudgy chocolate frosting! This recipe is so easy to make, it takes less than 10 minutes.

Frosting

Of course you don’t need frosting. You glaze your cupcakes or whatever with some sort of delicious topping like Honey. But this frosting gives your cupcake (of whatever you baked) a pop of flavor! It’s so delicious!

This Paleo Fudge Chocolate Frosting will satisfy any sweet cravings while you are living the paleo lifestyle.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

Start by taking out a saucepan and pulling out your ingredients.

On medium low heat, pour in the coconut oil, almond milk, and 1 cup of the chocolate chips. Mix these until melted.

Once melted, add the salt and vanilla and mix. Then remove from heat, and add 1/2 cups chocolate chips (the rest of the chocolate chips). Stir.

Now your frosting is ready to be used.

Notes

**This frosting is not pipeable.

This recipe is fantastic as a cake or as cupcakes. Whenever I make cake or cupcakes with this recipe, they never last long, especially topped with buttercream frosting!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt and whisk.

Mix in the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Add the boiling water.

Pour the batter into your Cake pan or Cupcake tray.

Bake for 35 minutes.

Notes

This makes two 9-inch round cakes or 24 cupcakes.
