Awesome chocolate trouble chip cookies! These cookies will get you in trouble because you will want too many!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Gather all your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a medium bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together.

Pour in the butter, oil, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla, and mix.

Fold the chocolate chips into the dough.

Line a cookie tray with parchment paper or a reusable, oven safe, non-stick mat.

Roll the dough into small balls in between your palms.

Place your cookies 2 inches apart and bake for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Gather your ingredients.

In a medium bowl mix the flour, sugar, and salt.

Then mix in the water, eggs, and olive oil.

Mix until smooth. Place a large pan on medium-low heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter on to the pan.

Use a crepe spreader to spread the batter around the pan.

Cook for 1 minute and flip cook for 1 more minute.

Best served hot with maple syrup.
