These gluten free rice cookies are really tasty. Really easy and quick to make.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Coconut oil (Melted)
  • 3/4 cup White rice flour
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

Gather all your ingredients and Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together.

Add the egg, maple syrup, and coconut oil and Mix.

Fold the chocolate chips.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a reusable, oven safe, non-stick mat.

Roll the dough in tiny balls and place 1 inch apart.

Bake for 15 minutes.
