Active Dry Yeast VS Instant Yeast

What is the difference between Active Dry Yeast And Instant Yeast?

Active Dry Yeast. Active Dry Yeast is most commonly found in supermarkets. Active Dry Yeast is made by taking out all the water in Live Yeast and ground it to fine pieces. The Active Dry Yeast needs to sit in warm water with a little bit of sugar for a few minutes. When it foams it means it is alive and ready to be used.

Instant Yeast. Instant Yeast (also known as Bread Yeast) is ground finer then Active Dry Yeast, which makes the yeast taste different. You can use Active Dry Yeast and Instant Yeast the same way.
