Making This Frittata

This recipes uses ramekins! Ramekins are one of my favorite dishes to use! What makes frittatas so great and fun? Frittatas are fully customizable to your liking! You can add anything you want to your frittata! You can make it for a vegetarian or a meat-eater! This recipe can be your own! You can put absolutely anything you want in it! From cheese to onions, the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 of a yellow bell pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 of a red bell pepper(optional)
  • 1/4 of an yellow onion (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of feta (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoon butter

Instructions

Start by preheating your oven to 350ºF. The grease your ramekins with butter and set them aside.

Dice your vegetables of your choice. If you are using onions make sure to sauté them before cooking. Add in two eggs into each ramekin and whisk with a fork. Add in the salt and pepper and whisk again.

Then add in your vegetables and other ingredients of your choice and whisk again. Then place your Ramekins into the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

Once the frittata comes out of the oven, let it sit for 5 minutes as it will be very hot.

German Rising Pancakes are a family tradition in my household. They are fun to make. They are fun to watch rise in the oven. They are quick to make. When they are finished you can top them with maple syrup, confectioners sugar, lemon juice, or whatever you heart desires.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions

Gather your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Put the butter in the Quiche pan and place in the oven while it is preheating.

In a bowl add the Egg, Milk, and Flour and Mix.

Don't mix the batter too much. Make sure it's Lumpy.

Take the butter out of the oven. Add the batter. Bake for 10 minutes.
