Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Gather all your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 370°.F

In a small bowl add the Almond Flour.

Add the Flax Meal.

Add the Water and Mix.

Once the dough has become firm shape it into a ball. Let the dough sit for 10 minutes.

Place some parchment paper or a reusable, oven safe, non-stick mat on a cookie sheet or pan.

Flatten the dough on the pan.

Place another piece of parchment paper or another reusable, oven safe, non-stick mat on the dough so the rolling pin does not stick to it. Roll it out with a rolling pin.

Cut out your crackers in to the shape you want. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Let your crackers cool before eating.

These crackers are great with cheese, jelly, and hummus.
