Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Gather your ingredients and preheat the oven 350°F.

In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt together.

Mix in the applesauce, butter, vegetable oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla.

Then fold the chocolate chips into the batter with a spatula.

Line a cookie tray with parchment paper or a reusable, oven safe, non-stick mat.

Pour dollops of batter on the tray 1 inch apart.

Bake for 15 minutes.

  • 3/4 cup White rice flour
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

Gather all your ingredients and Preheat the oven to 350°F.
